BES Website Brussels Education Services (BES) was founded in January 2006 by two young professionals who have extensive experience in university networking and European Union funded projects. BES aims to promote inter-university cooperation and to foster university-society relations through international projects. BES offers a hands-on, pro-active approach to the following services for the Higher Education and Research sector: Project Proposal Writing, Project Management, Technical Assistance and Coordination, Representation Services in Brussels towards the EU Institutions, Expertise, Advice and Communication, etc.
