Final Steering Committee meeting

During the final Steering Committee meeting in Brussels a representative from Youth Agora presented the functioning of some additional features of the platform, such the new template and the integration with the ESN Galaxy and the Erasmusu – Social Network for Erasmus and Exchange Students.

All the partners agreed that, despite the initial challenges, the main quantitative and qualitative goals of the project were achieved and accomplished with success.

Afterwards, the project coordinator requested a summary feedback from each partner about the activities carried out and the completion of tasks. Each partner explained what were the activities implemented and what were the main challenges and best practices encountered during the development of the project.

Moreover, the feedbacks of the online surveys for Students and Master coordinators were presented and a representative of UNICA showed the final documentation of the finances provided by each partner. Future alternatives concerning the sustainability strategy for the next year were showed by a representative of Youth Agora and discussed with the project partners.
